Bujumbura, 06 November 2026 – The International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) strongly condemns the recent drone attacks on vital electricity facilities and civilian infrastructure in several states of the Republic of Sudan, perpetrated by the Rapid Support Forces militia (RSF), including Khartoum, Al Jazirah, Sennar, Al Qadarif, River Nile and Red Sea.
