Forum of Parliaments

Forum of Parliaments of the ICGLR set up on 4th December, 2008 with the aim of making a parliamentary contribution to the implementation of the Pact and its General Secretariat is based in Kinshasa, DRC. Its main mission is to “facilitate the effective engagement of parliamentarians in the implementation of the Pact on Security, Stability and Development in the Great Lakes region and its Protocols”.
