Bujumbura, Burundi, 18th April 2025 – The Secretariat of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) expresses deep concern regarding continued attacks on civilians in El Fasher, particularly in the Zamzam and Abu Shouk camps, that have resulted in the massive loss of innocent civilians, including women, children and humanitarian workers.
