The overall objective of the consultancy is to support ICGLR in preparing, validating, and packaging the Tanganyika Peace and Prosperity Corridor Initiative for implementation by generating the required evidence base, facilitating technical consensus among stakeholders and translating agreed priorities into a costed, sequenced and financeable Phase 2 program.
